MakerSpace

Introducing Willamette
MakerSpace

We took a historic brick building and gave it new life as a place where makers, artists, and creators can build, experiment, and connect.

This space offers 18 affordable, flexible studios and work areas for hobbyists, artists, woodworkers, crafters, and creators of all kinds—without the cost or commitment of a private workshop. The studios sizes range from 1,000-3,700 square feet— truly something for everyone.

Revitalizing a Historic Building

Revitalizing this historic brick building has done more than preserve a piece of our city’s past—it has created new opportunities for the future. By transforming an underused space into a hub for makers, artists, and creators, we’ve provided a place where ideas can turn into businesses, hobbies can grow into livelihoods, and creativity can thrive locally. This project strengthens the creative economy by keeping talent, collaboration, and investment right here in our community.
